Cancellation Policy

Multiple services and Spa Packages will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee if services are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Therefore, a credit card number will be required to secure your appointment. Or if you are booking with a gift certificate, the GC will convert to a dollar value.

Single services will not require a credit card number.
